What is Anxiety ?
Anxiety is feeling fear, uneasiness and worrying.
This feeling can range from mild uneasiness to highly intense feelings of dread, as if something awful may happen. Worrying about the future, what may happen, what other’s think, things going wrong.
We can experience anxiety in our thoughts, feelings and body.
Anxiety is a natural human response when we think we are in danger.
Occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. Stressful events can trigger feelings of anxiety such as relationship issues, waiting for results of a test or anything that will have a big impact on your life.
When it starts to negatively impact on day to day life and relationship, it can be difficult for an anxious person to remember when they last felt relaxed.
