About me

Good to meet you!

I’m Natalie, I help people  who are struggling with binge eating, bulimia, low self-esteem, and anxiety. I am a qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist based in the coastal town of Irvine, Ayrshire.

These difficulties are often deeply connected. Low self-esteem can shape how you see yourself, how you cope emotionally, and how you relate to food. What can begin as a way of managing difficult thoughts or feelings can quickly develop into patterns that feel hard to break—leaving you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and out of control.

I work with you to understand these patterns at their root. Together, we explore the links between your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical experiences—helping you make sense of what’s been keeping the cycle going, and how to begin changing it in a way that you can manage.

I offer CBT-T (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders), a structured, evidence-based treatment designed specifically for adults with non-underweight eating disorders such as binge eating and bulimia. This focused, time-limited approach typically takes place over ten sessions and is aimed at helping you restore a more balanced relationship with food, improve self-esteem, and feel more in control.

Above all, I understand how important it is to feel supported in a way that is tailored to you. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and my approach is always collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence.

If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and struggling with your self confidence please get in touch.

I am here to help you make the changes you want in  your life.
